Shipping & Returns

Vanity and Co Ships from the Northeast Monday - Friday. Once your vanity is complete, you will get updated information letting you know it's being scheduled for delivery and scheduled updates.

Cabinetry delivery is white glove and blanket wrapped. Delivery is to an inside location on the ground level threshold with a clear pathway. If disassembled for transit, objects will be reassembled at delivery.

Please know the intended location of the object, drivers are unable to stay on site to move pieces around. Drivers cannot move other items at the delivery location. Dollies, lifts and other moving equipment may be required to maneuver large pieces. If the floor, path or walls are sensitive to scratching, please alert the driver to place protective materials.

A scheduled delivery window will be provided by Arta. Drivers will call the destination contacts with an appointment time for delivery, and will call ahead of arrival on the day of the appointment. Shipping is available in the continental United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at purchase and are non-refundable.

For items shipped via Common Carrier, you will be provided with tracking information upon   shipping.

Due to the custom nature, all products on Vanity & Co. are final sale and can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.

Please make sure to inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any damages within 24 hours. Please take photos of the damaged product and the box, hold on to all packaging and email our team for review.

If you are a designer, please have receiver inspect each piece within 24 hours of delivery.
