Vanity & Co LLC ("VC") strives to ensure that its products meet the highest standards of workmanship and materials. Our demonstration of commitment to that effort is the limited warranty that applies to our products.

Your VC cabinetry is warranted against defects in material and workmanship to the original consumer purchaser when installed in the original site of installation for a period of 90 DAYS. Exact replacement of drawer slides, hinges, hardware and other component items may not be possible due to manufacturer changes in specifications. In particular, damages that occur during shipment must be reported to VC within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery in order for VC to assist in remedying such damage. You should carefully inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery to ensure that you are timely reporting any defects.

In the event that a manufacturing defect is determined within the warranty and time periods set forth above, VC, at its option, will either repair or replace the defective cabinet or component. Any costs or labor required for removal, installation or shipping of products determined to be defective are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not cover or apply to any defect that is not caused by VC. Causes of product defects or malfunction that are not the responsibility of VC and are not covered under this warranty include, but are not limited to: normal wear and tear, aging, finish degradation due to exposure to sunlight or other ultraviolet light sources, abuse, exposure to water or excessive heat, post-manufacturing modification, environmental conditions including storage environments, improper installation and neglect. Doors and drawer fronts specified with touch latches or finger routes as well as cabinet hardware, in which the user repeatedly touches the finished surface will show wear over time, and are not considered cause for warranty and replacement.

Relative humidity environments outside of a 25%-50% range will typically cause dimensional changes and possible structural damage to cabinet components, and will not be covered by this warranty. Of particular importance for warranty coverage are storage and installation environments. Examples of environments that can be prone to out-of-warranty relative humidity are: homes in desert areas, lake or ocean front homes, homes lacking forced air systems that include humidification and/or de-humidification equipment, and storage or installation of products on freshly poured concrete floors. Any modification to the hardware, structure or finish of your cabinetry by anyone other than those specifically authorized by VC shall void this warranty.

To make a claim under this warranty you must contact VC at warranty@vanityandco.com and make a full report of all defects claimed. Copy of the original invoice must be provided. Only specific and authorized employees of VC have authority to make any determination under this warranty. You need to cooperate with VC in order to maintain your warranty coverage. VC shall not be liable for the loss of time, inconvenience, door and drawer alignment, commercial loss, construction delays or related interest charges, cost to remove or reinstall defective items, or consequential, special, incidental or other damages. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OF TRADE, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED, EXCEPTING ONLY THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

In no event shall VC be liable to you for any consequential or indirect damages including, but not limited to, loss of income, revenue, or profits in the event of a breach of this warranty with respect to the sale of products to you. By accepting delivery of any product manufactured by VC, you hereby accept the foregoing, and expressly waive any other remedy and damages, direct, indirect, and consequential.

VC shall have no obligation under this limited warranty unless and until VC has been paid in full for all materials, supplies, services, approved written change orders, warranty costs and other costs which are included in, or incidental to, your cabinetry system.
