Vanity and Co provides design inspiration, material recommendations, and visual concepts for your bathroom project. Please note the following important information and responsibilities:
- Wallpaper: All wallpaper quantities must be verified and measured by the professional installer prior to ordering.
- Window Treatments: Window treatments must be measured and installed by a qualified professional to ensure proper fit and finish.
- Plumbing Fixtures: Warranty information and support for all plumbing fixtures are provided by the supplier or contractor from whom the products were purchased.
- Tile Purchases: Tile is to be purchased either locally or through an online vendor by the client or contractor. Vanity and Co does not facilitate tile procurement.
- Grout Specification: Grout type, color, and spacing are to be determined in consultation with your tile installer. Vanity and Co does not specify grout.
- Lighting Installation: All lighting should be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local codes and safety standards.
- Measurements: All dimensions and measurements included in Vanity and Co design plans are based on information provided by the client. Vanity and Co does not verify field measurements and makes no claims regarding their accuracy.
- Project Management: Vanity and Co provides design services only. We are not project managers and do not oversee construction, purchasing, or installation. Once design deliverables are complete, the project is turned over to the client (or their contractor) for production and execution.
By engaging Vanity and Co for design services, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms.
